This is a just refurbished beachfront 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms penthouse apartment for up to 6 guests on the 9th floor of the A block.

Duplex East facing, with morning sun, large terrace for al fresco dining or sunbathing with nice beach, marina and neighborhood views.

Fully fitted and equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, High Speed Fibre Optic WIFI, smart TV. Main bedroom has a double bed and the second one has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make it super-king size.

Modern, light and airy, recently refurbished in light colors that will make your stay calm and relaxing, open plan well stocked kitchen with all appliances, should you fancy to cook and both bathrooms with large walk in shower.

There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €2.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.
